Lady decided to cancel the stay less than 2 before we arrive claiming that itās already rented out. Iāve had money on this property for about 2 weeks and now she claims she canāt refund and I have to contact booking.com Iāve been trying to contact booking.com and no answer so far and the instructions say she has the money.

Positive: Conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit. There was a small problem with the website processing my payment, but the host was very diligent in getting that resolved prior to our stay.
